Oh my sweet summer child.

I thought it was an honorable profession. It’s not.

So much hope about truth and justice on my first day of law school. All in ruins by the last day. Cheating, hiding books in the library, and hoarding outlines. Anonymous grading? Yeah, right. Special classes to help blacks and trying to hide it.

Sure it’s had it’s fleeting moments where justice was obtained but those were few and far in between.

Things I should have turned in but I was afraid of those in positions of power that did them. Office of Disciplinary Counsel? Yeah right. Like they would give a frick about my career if I was known as a rat around the courthouse.

Glad I’m out.

I don’t like most lawyers and I’m one of them. I’d rather hang out with blue collar boys.

LoL... like the narcissist perps you'll see on YT offering information not asked for by interrogators.

D: "Where do you work?"

D: "Where do YOU WORK?"

I believe there may be a lawyer somewhere out there that is guided by a sense of right and wrong, but I've yet to meet one.

We live in a litigant culture, where anyone can sue you anytime for anything.

And nowhere is the brutality of a Justice System gone amok more evident than the Family Courts.

........and moral relativism is a bitch.

What a mess.

How do you interpret the rules of professional conduct in relation to your posts. Talking to you SFP. We all took the test as 2Ls right? You post a lot of shite here and talk down to everybody. Would you mind if the ODC knew you and your post? I sure the f wouldn’t.

Uhm, why exactly?

you can hate 4cubbies, you can hate SFP, yet they tend to vehemently disagree with each other. I'm disappointed for you to call SFP out as unhinged, its ad hominem. You're completely wrong on so many things, but I haven't witnessed SFP doing that to you. Can you be more intellectually honest?

I did not see this compulsion to defend him coming from you. This place is full of surprises.

I have valid reasons to believe some of his behavior is unhinged. Keep in mind I've been posting here for a long time and have a long history with SFP. He might be the only poster I've actually held somewhat of a grudge against here. That's more of a compliment to him, really.

Maybe "unhinged" isn't the best word to describe most of his behavior that was outlined in the AI post, but his inability to ever consider than he may be misreading a situation or post is a source of frustration for many. That particular quality doesn't lend support to his mensa claims, either.

Agreed. I don't claim that he's inconsistent, although I am not really interested in the topics he hunkers down in, so I don't follow them.

What a loser, perhaps the easiest semester in all of law school.

But seriously, what rule or rules are you accusing SFP of violating? He's not giving legal advice or representing a client. He just gets your panties in a wad because he makes the mistake of arguing with you fools like an attorney.

You threw this down so try to be somewhat specific.

Wow, what a collection of legal talent. I just have to ask a constitutional question.
If the Democratic Socialists of America were able to, say over the course of twenty years, assemble 51 senators of their philosophy and 218 in the HOR, are they able through legislation, to get rid of the Senate, SCOTUS and the Presidency and change to a Parliamentary form of government?
