Are you saying SFP is not a lawyer? You would be incorrect. He is a lawyer. A pretty respected one. He and I don’t agree on here much. Take it for what it’s worth.
Prove it. But no. You can’t.
Are you an Attorney? Sue me!

You should delete this thread, OP. While I almost always disagree with SFP/VOR, neither post anything that should affect their bar license.
Plus, there are plenty of us attorneys that post things on here (TD.com) for fun to blow off steam.

You think there is some ODC rule against attorneys posting on TD? As long as he isn’t discussing his cases he will be just fine. Your threats to the contrary are coming off as a little bit desperate.
What is it you do for a living?

Talking to you SFP. We all took the test as 2Ls right? You post a lot of shite here and talk down to everybody. Would you mind if the ODC knew you and your post? I sure the f wouldn’t.
Perceptions are interesting.
I don't view SFP as posting "a lot of shite here and talk down to everybody" at all. I view him as choosing contrarian positions to the board, and arguing them effectively. In terms of derision, he absorbs far more than he doles out.
Now then, WTF should the Louisiana Office of Disciplinary Counsel have to do with posts here? I'll answer the rhetorical for you in terms of your post ...
NOT ONE THING !
NOTHING !
SFP offers opinions about case law. Sometimes, I disagree w/ him, as do many here. Sometimes I find his interpretation of the law disagreeable, although it is likely correct. Such discussion and dissension can actually be informative for all parties.
But if your standard is such that you would threaten or imply, disciplinary council be involved somehow with SFP's positions here, you would have to also believe that the legal license to practice for anyone in personal injury, and about half of those in general law should be pulled.
Because what y'all assert in courtrooms "to make your case" while gainsaying known truth, is exceedingly worse than anything posted on this anonymous message board.

You just can’t pull a geauxjudge or Sal Perricone.

I think the posts only hurt his status as judge, primarily discussing Charlize Theron's adoption
It was the bribes that really did him in for his license.
Taking money to reverse/lower jury verdicts is definitely going to get ya
The worst part was that he was a certified douche. People think I'm arrogant or whatever but weren't around for the old days.
GJ was only slightly more embarrassing than the poster who defined being a dick who would always brag about going to Michigan Law (I think he had NY in his name) who came down for an OTGT and thought he was going to bed tigerrnurse and spent all this money to come and brag about it and get shut down and he left with his tail between his legs and I don't think he ever even posted again after that
And there is the infamous just me debacle after he helped pay for the flag football game in 2008 with a certain MLB pitcher playing QB

I thought the Theron posts are what initially got it him in trouble with ODC then they looked further and found the bribes.
And just me just drew the tasteless picture, right? Nothing implicating his law license or am I wrong on that?

Yes just discussing historical examples of actual douche attorneys on here.
Neither of those 2 examples had ethical implications
And I didn't think GJ 's 2 things were related but I could be wrong. That was 10+ years ago which means he should be out now

He posted a lot on the OT but I don't remember if he posted on the political board. His posts have all been deleted so there is no historical record.
I do vaguely remember him making the thread on the OT bragging about the Theron adoption situation.

Posting that Trump was convicted of rape then having to edit your post out of embarrassment is pretty damn reckless as a known attorney.
I couldn’t imagine being a client and reading some of his shite

I did and clarified it was referencing the civil jury findings and left the post up unedited with the edit admitting the mistake.
He thinks he solved the mystery of Flight MH370 by referencing that when I left the original post up and publicly admitting my mistake.
It was like in court last week during a hearing when I mischaracterized an attorney's objection by referencing the wrong email (both contained different objections to different scenarios). When I realized the mistake later I admitted the issue and clarified everyone was like "Yeah we knew what you meant" and that was that.

I admit when I'm wrong. People always lie and say I don't, but that's the perfect example showing how big of a lie this is.
That's why I didn't even edit the mistake. I left it up publicly to show how big the lie about me is.

I'm not a lawyer nor do I hang out with lawyers, but I have been on this board for a while. Any dude with the amount of posts that SFP has is not the kind of person I want to be associated with. Personally or professionally.
