Sounds like you need to schedule your next booster

They should take it to the next level and put them on the "no fly" list. These are the people that belong on a Greyhound bus!

If a particular person's conduct is criminal, they should be arrested.

IF someone is simply observing from a safe distance, then scanning their face in order to revoke their Global Entry/TSA precheck is first amendment retaliation.

Well then she should have been arrested.

I agree with that. Observing is observing.

Blowing a rape whistle isn’t “observing” and also isn’t criminal.

But CBP can deny Global Entry to anyone who is not viewed as “low risk.”

I am just taking the video in the OP at face value--there was no mention of a rape whistle. We have a right to observe and record our government officials in the course of their public duties without government retaliation. Revoking pre check is far from the end of the world, but minor retaliation is still retaliation.

Why are people even involved with the federal government enforcing the law?
The US has tens of millions of illegals. Is it 20 million, 30 million or more? NOBODY has an answer. Illegals have walked into the US that are know terrorists, some hardened vile criminals that hate this country
The ones that came here to work, be productive law sibling citizens, get them fast tracked to citizenship.
But PURGE the rest of the illegals even if it is 20 million.

Good. They are potential flight risks and should be on the list.

Anyone stalking an ICE vehicle performing their duties is not "observing".

They definitely should be considered a risk to travel.

Biden admin did this for all J6ers by the way.

And had them followed by air marshals.

Eh. I finally watched the video. They said she was impeding them.

CBP administers Global Entry.

quote:

You may not be eligible for participation in the Global Entry program if you: Provide false or incomplete information on the application; Have been convicted of any criminal offense or have pending criminal charges or outstanding warrants (to include driving under the influence); Have been found in violation of any customs, immigration or agriculture regulations or laws in any country; Are the subject of an ongoing investigation by any federal, state or local law enforcement agency; Have been denied for the purchase of a firearm; Are inadmissible to the United States under immigration regulation, including applicants with approved waivers of inadmissibility or parole documentation; or Cannot satisfy CBP of your low-risk status.

Not a lot of pity from me.

How would you’d describe “stalking?”

If I choose to safely follow, from a distance, a marked police vehicle throughout his shift—while never interfering…would you classify that as “stalking?”

Again, if they are interfering…then just arrest them.

That’s their purpose. To waste the time of the federal agents arresting them and not conducting their law enforcement activities.

There’s more people signed up to “Stop ICE” in Minnesota than there are ICE agents in the US.

So like I keep saying, if they are breaking the law— arrest them. Now they have charges to fight AND throw global entry is revoked

Right. I’m sure she wasn’t blowing her horn or driving slowly in traffic as the stop ICE classes teach them to. I’m sure her story is exactly as she told it. :rolls eyes:

Long overdue and hopefully we will see more and even harsher repercussions

If I see a state trooper on side of the road with a man pulled over, putting the guy in cuffs, stop and start yelling at the trooper for arresting the guy, kicking his patrol car and trying to prevent the arrest I will go to jail for obstruction of justice and who knows what other charges. If I don’t get shot.

I don’t know why these protesters don’t get similar treatment

Well great. Arrest them all. They’ll run out or get tired eventually.

Being annoying while not interfering or obstructing is still protected conduct whether we agree with their views or not.

Since they are domestic terrorists they should be on the no fly list.

And anyone doing this should be arrested. No one is getting their face scanned and having the global entry removed if they do this type of shite, they’re going in cuffs
