I've now been told by three people familiar with the situation that
@GenFlynn

Did you really expect the declass of this 302 transcript to incriminate itself?
Why would you think anyone would?
Don't act like this shite hasn't been discussed ad nauseum by people like you

That's a whole lot of Logan Act violations.

Can Flynn change his plea?
quote:
I heard he can withdraw his plea
Under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32(e), a defendant does not have an absolute right to withdraw his or her 2 guilty plea prior to sentencing. Instead, a court will permit a defendant to withdraw a guilty plea prior to sentencing only "if the defendant shows any fair and just reason."' To determine whether a defendant has met this standard, courts have developed a four-part balancing test: "(1) whether defendant established a fair and just reason to withdraw his plea; (2) whether defendant asserts his legal innocence of the charge; (3) the length of time between the guilty plea and the motion to withdraw; and (4) if the defendant established a fair and just reason for withdrawal, whether the government would be prejudiced."

You should read it again. The reason they were reaching out to the Trump team is because many of those countries had zero relationship with the Obama administration. That alone should tell you how bad the Obama foreign policy was because we essentially had none for 8 years

One of the not known breaking news LIVE on twitter places is being retweeted by CTH as
BREAKING-Rudy Giuliani to step down from role as Trump's lawyer
Can anyone confirm or deny?

Meeting? Talking to? Establishing relationships?
That is NOT a Logan Act violation. INTERFERING with policy, etc. is

So again, what was the purpose of your first post then?
You realized we DID learn some good stuff from this thing, right?
I listed several of them out already...
1. The crazy timeframe between the actual interview and when the 302 is dated.
2. The fact the FBI interviewers clearly had advanced knowledge of at least 3 of Flynn's private conversations.
3. So why would they ask him to discuss what was discussed in those conversations if they already knew precisely what was discussed, and nothing was nefarious?
4. The only logical answer is they were attempting a perjury trap.
5. How did they get approval to spy on Flynn phone calls and why?
So no, these things don't show the FBI admitting to a bunch of illegal shite, of course not, but this thing does tell us quite a lot about how this was a railroad job.
So why shouldn't Gumbo be excited about it? I know I am. Several things I thought I knew were finally just confirmed.

We need someone with a spine as FBI director - I don't trust Wray at all - never did. Thought his confirmation hearing was cringeworthy

Wasn’t it Andy that was quoted as saying, “first we frick Flynn, then we frick Trump?”
Perjury trap is exactly what this was. It was NOT an investigation.

The only point in engaging Juice is to remind him he’s a dishonest piece of shite.

But the move also comes amid a yawning disconnect between the approach adopted by the well-respected legal team Flynn has used since the start of the Russia probe and the combative rhetoric from many of his friends and family members, who have accused Mueller’s team of deception and argued that Flynn was tricked into pleading guilty. Some have urged Flynn to seek to withdraw his plea.
Jack Posobiec, a pro-Trump provocateur and who has joined forces with the Flynn family in calling for the retired Army lieutenant general’s exoneration and pardon, wrote Thursday on Twitter he was told the new Flynn lawyer is “very high profile and appears on TV regularly.” The post added to the speculation over several familiar faces from the Russia probe, including Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, retired Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz and the husband-wife duo of Victoria Toensing and Joe diGenova, informal Trump advisers who nearly joined the president’s legal team last spring.
In a text message to POLITICO, Giuliani said he was not Flynn’s new lawyer. Dershowitz replied that he’s not representing Flynn. DiGenova in an email wrote, “We are not at liberty to discuss.”
