And yet we have radical left judges proclaiming they have control over the executive branch. Clearly a violation of the separation of powers. One side clearly believes authoritarianism is a great idea, and it’s not the right.

me too. The left can’t carry on a conversation anymore, and the right has just about given up trying to get them to.

I don’t see another direction this can go sadly.

Well not exactly but you have to get into the fight unless you want to just roll over and let people who want to destroy this country take over.

Wanna see what the end game of liberal politics in America looks like.

Look at Europe today. They've totally castrated themselves as a society and now the wolves are feasting or the helpless sheep.

I'm sure a lot of people including yourself wish this for America but we're all not as stupid as you all seem to be.

Of course it's not right. But I would rather have our established system of checks and balances work this out rather than just jump right into fascism.

I have confidence in our system, I"m sorry you don't.

So which one of these Federal judges is negotiating the end of Ukraine/ Russia war and which one is responsible for getting the tax cuts through Congress?

I only ask because these Judges have done such a good job running the Executive Branch so far that we might not need Trump to be the President. Maybe we should let him go play golf because these judges are on top of it.

Well not exactly

Liar, you just did.

I'm watching as members of a party who used to take pride in the principles of the Constitution, and of the limited government described therein, now argue for authoritarianism. How quickly you eschew your principles as soon as you get your charismatic leader in place.

Republicans denying their desire for fascism is just as fake as Democrats denying their desire for communism.

I'm out.

I personally do not think you're smart enough to understand what you wrote

Let's start with the obvious do you agree that President Trump has the authority to terminate employees within the executive branch of the government simple yes or no will do

If he has the authority then in what world does a circuit court federal judge in San Francisco have to stop that procedure immediately for the entire country

If you don't understand the problem in what you have created then you will never understand our system of government is supposed to work

As of now, without Moore, it is the federal judge who has you served the authority of the executive branch which is far outside the Authority granted by the constitution.

If you bothered to read the constitution you would see that nothing in there allows a court to stop actions solely within the executive branch

Yep. He can use their writ of mandamus as toilet paper.

In the Supreme Case, Worcester v. Georgia (1832), the High Court sided with Native Americans and ruled against white settlers who sought to remove them from their land. President Jackson steadfastly refused to enforce the ruling informing the Court, “Chief Justice John Marshall has made his ruling, now let him enforce it.” Marshall did not take Jackson up on his offer and the order was never enforced.

So you want to keep an extremely bloated federal government and not cut it down where the long term viability of our country isn't threatened by 100 trillion in debt?

Why are you layering my comment with your internal fantasy voice? I said nothing of the kind.

And unless he became a judge at 20years of age Im not certain what he had to deal with regarding Jim Crow because civil rights and voting rights were passed in 1964 and 1965.

I hope this cat gets reprimanded at the least.

Gotta think before you fire. Esp. government employees.

Not probationary employees, thats why they are called probationary.

Trump's team probably had a 100 lawyers look at this before he took office.

The judge is just issuing a tro to delay the inevitable.

We could be just as big pricks, tell them to come back to work and with the govt shutdown lock the buildings and dismiss them for abandoning their job when they cant get in
