Is there a reason why nobody outside of democrats in America are screaming about this?

WHO gives a frick???? It's my tax dollars and I say we stop funding ANYTHING until we get a handle on it. Buy some Kleenex and cry bitches.
Even the starving kids. We have plenty to take care of here in America. My tax dollars are for America First.
If you don't like it, eat shite and die.

Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus
Is a scumbag
quote:
On 18 October 2017, Tedros announced that he had chosen President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe to serve as a WHO Goodwill Ambassador to help tackle non-communicable diseases for Africa. He said Zimbabwe was "a country that places universal health coverage and health promotion at the centre of its policies to provide health care to all." Mugabe's appointment was severely criticised, with WHO member states and international organisations saying that Zimbabwe's healthcare system had in fact gone backwards under his regime, as well as pointing out Mugabe's many human rights abuses. It was also noted that Mugabe himself does not use his own country's health system, instead travelling to Singapore for treatment. Observers said Tedros was returning a campaign favour. Mugabe was chair of the African Union when Tedros was endorsed as a sole African Union candidate in a murky process that did not consider qualified alternatives like Michel Sidibé of Mali and Awa Marie Coll-Seck of Senegal.
quote:
Regarding the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, following the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, Tedros said that the attention given to the conflict was significantly larger than other crises in Ethiopia, Yemen, Syria or Afghanistan and said it seemed like this was a result of bias against non-white lives.

HIV treatments and other services have been disrupted in 50 countries, he said at a briefing on Wednesday.
That medicine is made in countries that are not named USA. The WHO can buy it from them. The other services can be paid for by their own countries, or anybody that wants to serve them. Anybody in debt $38 trillion is excused.

And remember, only a little more than half of Americans contribute. The others are net takers when it comes to taxes.

Very glad we’re halting these programs. Likewise , When my budget gets tight , I can always solve the problem by cutting 1.2% of my expenses.

Why are we paying for it?
Exactly. Trumps been in office around three weeks? This funding has been cut probably a bit over two weeks, why are 50 countries buckling financially treating their own people? Where’s their share in the care of THEIR PEOPLE?
We funded it 100%? Why?

some Leftist is going to have to explain to me why it’s our responsibility to provide these vaccinations to other countries…

Ca we get that guy from Kenya to go give speeches at all of these countries?
Posted on 2/13/25 at 7:34 am to conservativewifeymom
the WHO has money, they should pay. Why is it always up to the US?
Posted on 2/13/25 at 7:39 am to FLTech
it may sound heartless, but the only reason 50 million in ethiopia and somalia are allegedly at risk of starving is because we've been feeding nearly all of them for at least 40 years.
