The U.S. would either be flirting with a recession or in the middle of a recession (2 consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth) without all the data center buildouts.

It's not good.

Well Spidy, obviously an FOMC increase will not decrease ME oil prices. What effect do you suppose a CUT of 0.25% in the Fed lending rate would have on OIL prices?

If gas and energy prices would come down to normal the economy is set to take off

There will never be inflation at 1% or less even with 15% interest rates without significantly reducing the debt

You don’t even have to pay off debt with a surplus. Just balance the budget and let GDP growth get the debt to GDP ratio back in line in 5 or so years. Keep a balanced budget and the debt slowly becomes irrelevant over time as you’ll reach a point where 40 trillion is no big deal when your GDP is 150 trillion. It would take decades, but it would work

Actually I don't believe there is any correlation at all when issue is due to supply constraints. You made a connection, not me.

Truflation. And im also disputing the PCE

They finally fixed their portfolio management fee calculation which making inflation seem a lot higher

And before you try and lol at their number why is their number not accurate?

That happens when you give 20 million illegals credit cards and tie it to their job they got with a fake ss#.

You are pretty ignorant....post less research more.

So because people go to steakhouses and baseball games that means no one is struggling with the cost of living? I’ve never understood that argument.

Are you saying Americans were responsible with credit cards before we had an influx of illegal immigrants?

Most Americans don’t even have $1000 for an emergency.

Not to mention unless you're using that for all historical comparisons it's even more meaningless

It's cherry picking data
