It just hit another generational low last month, down another 5,000 Federal employees from the month prior.

And yet almost every single "Libertarian" and "Limited Government Conservative" has been completely silent about the fact that the Federal workforce is at its smallest

this is great news. kudos to president Trump, but actual right wing people younger than boomers want more. I'm not disappointed in Trump (and especially invertebrate republican, uniparty senators who refuse to work with him as a supermajority) because he's doing too much. I'm disappointed because they're not doing enough. I want the unelected federal bureacracy, its ngos and foreign invaders decimated. some women and weak men will have the sads for a little while, but it's for their own good.

90% sounds like a good number to start off with. a streamlined federal government running at efficiency would catapult this country into a new golden age, but most people, including most "small government conservatives" don't have the balls to follow through.

The tangible benefit to the public of less people working is a reduced budget. That's it. That's the only tangible benefit to the public.

If spending continues to increase at alarming rates while we're in debt spiral territory then a smaller work force doesn't mean anything at all.
