I'm not speaking of your online shtick. Although you are desperate for attention here which is a different story.

No matter what you believe, a judge absolutely cannot do what she did.

Hope she does 5 years hard time. She's a dyke but since she's a judge, she may get beat tf up in there.

Sometimes I post just to amuse myself while passing time. I admit that I wasn’t posting seriously most of the day but I thought it was pretty obvious that my posts weren’t doctoral dissertations.

My posts if style is very consistent. My posts are also unpopular but I can tolerate downvotes and strangers calling me names on the internet. I enjoy discussions about broader topics like human behavior and societal patterns and shifts. There are a handful of posters who also seem to enjoy that kind of discourse here. I’m more interested in why people think what they think than which team they belong to.

She’s no longer a judge and is a first-time, nonviolent offender.

She was a judge when she committed the crime. That makes it worse than someone who obstensibly might not know better. I hope that is a consideration in her sentencing.

You’re insinuating that judges possess special knowledge about the obligation to obey federal agents.

In this political climate, all adults understand why ICE exists and the authority they invoke.

Where did I state that what was done was a bad thing? I’m simply stating that there is multiple felons from the last administration to make an example of. Using a low level leftist judge to prove a point simply proves it to low hanging fruit. The ones who have been wrong from day one could give a shite less about what happened to some judge. Make an example of those that pushed the Russia collusion hoax, J6 hoax or Covid lies to set an example of. It’s because of the media downplaying everything that the Trump administration has been ridiculed and lied about that emboldens the lower tier to take their chances. Hold say, Fauci, Strozk, Clapper and the ilk accountable and maybe, lower tiered idiots don’t feel they are helping the cause of pushing against what a federal government deems inexcusable.

i am not insinuating, i am outright stating it. Judges, unlike the general public, have ethical responsibilities to uphold the law and the process of adjudication. In addition, they presumably know the basics of jurisdiction and how it works in the country. For that reason, she should be held to a higher standard than the public.

I respectfully disagree. She resigned her judgeship anyway. The issue is whether she violated the law, not whether judges owe greater deference to ICE than ordinary citizens.

Respectfully, you really need to get the logic portion of your brain kickstarted.

So judicial ethics be damned? or just ignored when it is convenient?
