The First Amendment doesn’t protect people in the country on a visa. You are just plain wrong. That’s the real disgrace.

U.S. District Judge Denise Casper in a follow up order has appointed herself the new border Czar, as well.
She subsequently wants to import more potential protesters and disruptors for all college campuses.
The new arrivals don’t necessarily have to apply to or be registered for college.

That’s a reasonable appeal op ed. No crime or threat there.

Got it.
If she had co-authored a letter to the editor of her university's newspaper criticizing the university hospital for performing sex-change operations on minors would you label her as scum?

Still a scumbag. Although I don’t agree with this bullshite topic you pulled out your arse, that’s her problem. She chose to go to that school. If she doesn’t agree with it, transfer to another school or go back to where she came from.

Yes, the U.S. Constitution protects the rights of all people within the country's borders, including foreigners, regardless of their immigration status, with some exceptions related to citizenship-specific rights like voting and holding federal office. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Here's a more detailed explanation: [1, 3, 5]
• Broad Protection: The Constitution's fundamental protections, including due process and equal protection, apply to everyone, not just citizens. [1, 3, 5]
• Supreme Court Precedent: The Supreme Court has consistently affirmed that aliens are "persons" within the meaning of the Constitution and are entitled to its protections. [1, 2, 4]
• Examples of Protected Rights: [1, 3, 5]
• Due Process: Foreigners are entitled to due process of law, meaning they cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without fair legal procedures. [1, 3, 5]
• Equal Protection: They are protected from discrimination based on race, national origin, religion, sex, disability, and age, among other things. [6, 7]
• Freedom of Speech and Assembly: Foreigners have the right to freedom of speech, religion, assembly, and association, just like citizens. [2, 4, 8]
• Right to Counsel: They have the right to legal representation in criminal proceedings. [9, 10]
• Protection from Unreasonable Search and Seizure: They are protected from unreasonable searches and seizures. [9, 10]
• Exceptions: [2, 11]
• Voting and Holding Federal Office: The right to vote and hold federal office is reserved for U.S. citizens. [2, 11]
• Immigration-Specific Rights: Some rights are tied to immigration status, such as the right to remain in the country or the right to a certain type of visa. [12, 13]
• Border Control: The government has broad authority to regulate immigration and enforce border control, which can affect the rights of non-citizens at the border. [12, 14]
• Undocumented Immigrants: Even undocumented immigrants have certain constitutional rights, including the right to due process, the right to be with family, the right against unreasonable searches and seizures, and the right to education. [9, 10, 15, 16]
• International Human Rights: All persons in the United States, including foreigners, have international rights as defined by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights under the United Nations. [17]

They might be protected but they are scrutinized in the sense that their visa or green card can get revoked.

That’s where this whole argument goes wrong. The whole premise of Israel genociding Palestinians does not connect with the facts

Rather interesting argument that a visa could be revoked for rights granted to all people on US soil. Probably explains why the White House is trying to absconded with them and get them out of the country as soon as possible because they know they're on shaky constitutional footing.
