The chairman of the feds current boss is trying to throw Trump in prison for life,, but powerbottom doesn’t understand why the chairman isn’t still loyal to Trump.

Wow. Manipulation of their national markets just like they all accuse China of "cheating" and doing, but it's ok when your guy is in office. Right?
Just give me back Trump and the rest will work out on its own.

Last night I was making this very prediction to someone I know who is in real estate.

It's incredible after 7 years how many people are still clueless to what Trump walked into. Republic controlled all of Congress and the DC Uniparty Republicans did everything they could to thwart Trump's agenda. Many of these same DC Uniparty Republicans ran on getting rid of Obama Care and closing the border, they ultimately worked against Trump's wishes to fulfill his campaign promises .
How will a second term be different?
So you admit Trump was in an impossible situation in 2016-2020?
Thank you.
The hope in round two is what many Gaslight Media propagandists are worried about, Trump surrounds himself with a few hundred America First patriots who are prepared for round two. War Room frequently addresses the absolute cesspool of corruption they dealt when Trump rolled into DC. Listen to Bannon, Navarro and others describe the complete wall of resistance by the Bureaucratic State Skunks and entrenched political class......it's bad. Might as well sacrifice Trump, he wanted the fight, let him have it.

but blaming that reality on Trump is lazy and stupid.
So is never holding him accountable.
So blame the guy who had a bulls eye on placed his back by the DC Uniparty accountable for being a target of the DC Uniparty?
Makes sense.

I don't know if anyone else has already mentioned this, but I don't like the fact the federal reserve is dictating markets with their words. It used to be that the fed would raise/lower/no change the federal funds rate and that would move markets. Now, they can just say they plan to do this or that, and it moves markets. Just with their words. Whether they alter interest rates or not, they've already baked in their results without having actually done anything. It's disturbing to me.

Really? You're banking on Trump spending like a f'n Democrat and being too weak/disinterested to call bullshite on the next Democrat/establishment scam?

All I’m hoping for with Trump is to be the giant vengeful gaping a-hole I know him to be
Tell me how Trump was a vengeful/gaping a-hole in 2020. I remember Trump as an achingly soft and accommodating to the Left/establishment a-hole that year.

Don't put words in my mouth. Those were your words, that was your POV - I'm asking you how you see a second term being different?

Well, yeah - it has been this way for a long, long time. That's why I'm curious how you imagine Trump successful in ways he wasn't the first time. That's not a gotcha question. I'm legit curious.

Do you think this gets us what we want? My view - Trump has to lead in ways he hasn't before. You/others are quick to point out that he ran into resistance in a Republican led congress in getting the wall done (as an example). You see it that way - an excuse. I see it differently - a failure. For us to get what we need out of Trump II, DJT will have to lead congressional Republicans to do things many of them will be reluctant to do. That can be done, but it won't be easy.

Inflation measures that omit food, shelter and transportation are worthless. For half the country or more, those are pretty much the only things that matter.
Posted on 12/13/23 at 5:38 pm to CAD703X
I wouldn’t worry about as noted inflation and not the DJIA is what everyone is gonna remember next fall
Posted on 12/13/23 at 5:39 pm to CAD703X
Meh. A 0.75% rate decrease won’t do shite for most people’s purchasing power

What if I told you the CPI data is not a factor in their rate decisions?

Not sure why you think this is anything new at all. Would you rather them be less transparent about their potential plans and just change rates with zero notice? At this point you guys are just making things up to bitch about. In this case it's the same as if always was.

Got bad news for the Fed.
If oil projections hold true.
$100 a barrel in the first quarter.
