Is he imprisoned right now or is he released? I mean.. it's fricking misdemeanor charges. Did they raid his house strictly because he's a Republican? Because normally raiding shite is saved for people who commit felonies.

Goddamn. It's fricked up if he's still sitting in jail. They've already listed the charges. Are they going to deny him bail for misdemeanor charges?
