The victims family should sue everyone that had anything to do with the decision to release this animal.
MAKE THEM CARE. They care when you empty their pockets I assure you. If possible sue them personally hurt them as much as possible they are directly responsible for this crime and have blood on their hands.

Our justice system used to mean something to the world (same as our old press/MSM). Now its been taken down by radical leftists, no longer a beacon.
I know it started prior but to me the OJ trial is when it was announced to the world it wasn’t an equal system and money could buy you freedom. Because that case was televised to the world it changed everything. Had all the Hollywood trappings.

quote:I think you're focusing on the wrong thing here by trying to weasel (my interpretation) yourself into a conversation to get people on a legal 'gotcha' where the state/county is not in violation of any law.
OK.
I ask again ... "Exactly what law do you contend was violated" by the county, the sheriff, the judge and/or the prosecutor?
You want to send them to prison. Certainly you can tell us what criminal statute they violated.
That's not what I'm arguing.
I'm arguing that if a criminal is in this country illegally and federal officers desire cooperation in order to prosecute federal crimes, then if the state or local governments are purposefully hindering the federal government's ability to enforce the federal law, they are by definition NOT enforcing the law. Whether or not they have a legal obligation to do so is another matter, and I think that's what you're getting at. I'm talking about the moral side of this. I feel the same way about judges who let life-long criminals off the hook with little to no punishment. They can legally do that, but it's not justice, as I see it.
What I said initially was "To not enforce the law so brazenly and have it directly lead to the deaths of loved ones is unconscionable." I stand by that. The law was not allowed to be enforced and it led to a murder, potentially as a middle finger to Trump and the federal government, if I'm reading between the lines correctly.

But you seem to feel strongly that the sheriff, et al., should be jailed for declining to honor the immigration detainer. It seems reasonable to ask what statute you contend she violated.
Where did I post that the sheriff should be jailed, PedoHank. Be specific
What I said was that the prosecution has dropped charges multiple times against an illegal alien career criminal. The same type of criminal you leftist say ICE should be going after instead of “random illegal aliens” not committing crimes. Instead he is being released back into the streets by your fellow democrats just to avoid ICE

This is the Marxocrats version of self-deportation.
It removes what they consider an illegal from the population.
Unfortunately, that 'illegal' is a citizen that disagrees with them so they don't have a right to live their life in their world.

quote:Yes, the prosecutor dropped assault charges against this alien immediately prior to this murder.
Should the sheriff have honored the detainer? I think so ...
As shown above, the victims and witnesses had all left the country and were refusing to cooperate with the prosecutor.
How do you suggest the prosecutor should have maintained the case, sans witness or victim?

If you or me were in charge of a worker and knew they had lost their license for DUI injuries created - and then told that person to drive the company car to X place - and they killed someone or themselves driving recklessly - we and company would be held accountable.
