Yes. And for anyone interested, there are plenty of documentaries from before and after 9/11 that explain the architecture and structural methods used to build the towers. The weak pints were the interior. The buildings' support were basically an exoskeleton, so when it was compromised, the whole thing just "pancaked" when the insides were gutted by fire as you pointed out.

Nothing perfect about it, other than it was a perfect catastrophe. It was so hot that human bodies vaporized in the collapse. The miracle was that fewer than 3K perished; it could have been closer to 30K if not for speedy evacuation of the towers.

The steel at the impact zone lost its structural integrity when the fire got to +1000 degrees. Steel loses 50% integrity at that temp.

This caused the 20+ floors above the impact zone to fall down as one piece and the structure below the impact zone was not strong enough or designed to take a vertical load of that magnitude, which caused every floor to pancake.

Since the building didn’t fall to the left/right into the Hudson…you can’t wrap your brain around it.

Therefore, it had to be 100s of ppl, installing demolition into two massive buildings for a controlled fall..all of which have remained silent…then had 20 al qeada terrorist take flight training 3 years prior to hijack planes and fly into the buildings as cover….

Dude, you're reaching.

When you show me your Engineering license then I'll be glad to entertain your theories.

Until then, you're another dumb schmuck watching Youtube videos who is easily led.

Effect of Temperature on Steel Strength

My guess would be that the steel for that era was A-36

You don't need an engineering degree to listen to structural engineers, physicists, and hundreds of other scientists state that buildings don't fall like they did without help of explosives in the right place. When is the last time you saw a plane or any moving object hit something and not slow down? Physically impossible. Videos of the first plane going through the building and coming out the other side with the nose cone intact which can't even take a bird strike without damage.
Building 7 fell why? Just because you saw something on TV doesn't make it true unless you also believe Godzilla is real too. Money and Power will make a lot of people do terrible things and this was one of them.

Well, I’d be willing to bet the acceleration of the planes at the time of impact was juuuuuust about zero.

Amateur engineers need to read up on heat and plastic deformation.

If you're looking for unexplainable events that occurred on 9/11 the Twin Towers are not the best place to look, here's a better question.

Why aren't there dozens of surveillance video cameras showing the jet barreling towards the Pentagon? On the side of the Pentagon that was struck there was likely at a minimum of 3-4 surveillance cameras yet the only vid ever released is the low resolution clip of the Pentagon being struck by something. What about all the buildings in and around the Pentagon with probably hundreds of cameras.....where is that video?

Bro. Everyone knows airplanes crash and incinerate into nothing.

Just ask all those people in Kenner back in the day when the plane crashed. No bodies, blood, wings, metal ever found.

Don't need to melt the steel beans, just hot enough to weaken them. Ever heard of tempered steel? Tempering steel strengthens it. Heating it again above a certain temperature removes the temper thereby weakening it.

Can Jet Fuel Melt Steel Beams?
"Given adequate oxygen, certainly. From here, for instance, you can get an approximate maximum flame temperature for kerosene burning in air, and a higher concentration of oxygen will increase the temperature. At 3800 F, this is about 1000 F above the melting point of steel, so melting steel with jet fuel (kerosene) is entirely possible.
Of course, "Common sense suggests that steel beams should not yield" suggests that you've been visiting 9-11 conspiracy sites, and it's important that you realize that melting beams is not remotely required to bring down a building. All you need to do is a) destroy some of the existing beams in order to increase the load on the survivors, and b) heat some of the survivors enough to reduce their strength to the point that they can no longer support their load. When some start to deform, this will throw extra load on the others, and a chain reaction of failure is certainly possible. And steel will certainly lose strength at high temperatures - typically about 50% at 1000 F, and 75% at 1100 F." LINK

How well do you expect the structural steel to continue supporting the structure when it has lost 80% of it's original strength when it is heated to 1200 degrees F? It doesn't have to "melt" to fail.
Although paper ignites at around 480 degrees Fahrenheit, it gets far hotter once it’s burning. The temperature at the center of a paper fire is 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit, give or take a couple hundred. The tips of the flames themselves are usually between 600 and 800 degrees.
Common building materials will burn at temperatures in excess of 3500 degrees when provided with adequate supplies of air and the adiabatic flame temperature of jet fuel is quoted at in excess of 4000 degrees.

If blacksmiths can weaken steel enough to shape it with a hammer, does the precise temperature matter as much knowing the temperatures possible with jet fuel and other building materials that can act as thermite?

The only two steel beam buildings to ever go down in the history of the world.

If only there was some way to know if there might have been a few other variables at play that were also the first time in history such events happened to the same building. Oh well, I guess we’ll never know.

This “jet fuel won’t melt steel beams” thing never ceases to amaze me.

Is very hot metal malleable?
Would a very large jet liner crashing at very high speed cause considerable structural damage?

A false flag is more believable than “jet fuel doesn’t melt steel beams”

Steel begins to weaken at 790 degrees, loses half its strength at 1190 degrees. At 2100 degrees it glows and it’s virtually play dough.

Jet fuel burns right at approximately 1590 degrees. More than hot enough to cause steel beams to lose approximately 2/3 Of it’s tempered strength.

You add in the fact that other materials were burning in a confined space, you basically created a furnace similar to those used in steel processing..

So stfu
