In the old days, the way you could tell a conservative from a liberal was the number of laws and regulations they required.
Conservatives were considered to be more free in that regard, that's not the case with the younger crowd.
Apparently no one likes liberty and is too afraid of the other guy.
Rog, you've been SFPilled

This board loves Trump, Tulsi, and Rogan.
None are conservative.
8 years ago the "board" loved the Pauls. Amazing what a few years will do to people who aren't anchored.
My take is people who considered themselves to be conservate no longer do.

The fact that a meme has developed calling me a Lefitst shows there is a dominant strand on this board

Its not. But it certainly is headed in a direction.
Conservatives now support socialism, socialists support technocracy.
What a world.

I want to have an orgy in a public park with other consenting adults.

I'm talking public park, maybe it's across the street from an elementary school. Why is it a problem? Why does your morality determine what I can do in a public space?

Obviously you don’t understand the term postdoc…as in after a doctoral degree. But you are definitely smart.

Mine isn't. You can't fix it, no one can. Opt out.

Perhaps. I don’t know what to call myself. Rand Paul most mostly encapsulates me.
John Cornyn, Mitch McConnell and Greg Abbott do not. But my option is the democrat or the speed bump. I’ll vote L in certain situations but the Texas L party is too soft on immigration currently.

Sorry kiddo, I'm not influenced by the flavor of the month like you are. You'll change again, and again...

He'll just call you a leftist, its his newest schtick.
People got to his arse calling him one, so he thinks it will be affective on you. Don't let it.

No, who said it was? There are a lot of laws I don't like.
I just recognize that drawing the line on what to codify and what not to codify is where the intelligent discussion lies. This binary, "I'm for freedom and you're not" stuff is dishonest. If you're not an anarchist you want laws. If you want laws you want to control what others do, it's just a question of degree.
