Actually, I would say that’s you.
Generally speaking, investigations don’t seek out crimes. A crime is committed, THEN an investigation commences, INVESTIGATING said crime (hence, the name).
After all, as much as I’m sure you’d like it to be, this isn’t Stalin’s/Beria’s Soviet Union, i.e., “show me a man, and I’ll show you the crime”. Doesn’t work that way here. Sorry.

You can be charged with obstruction while not committing a crime. Again you have no clue how this works. Let me help you. Investigations seek out crimes all the time! That's why they're investigations.

I watched Panetta this morning and he was stating his "facts" and supporting them with heavy doses of conjecture and speculation
what is funny to me is all of the sunday shows had the JV team on this morning. But all of the establishment heavy hitters were in town the day before. I realize it is a Holiday weekend but none of them stuck around to pay tribute to their dear friend and colleague "the maverick"
