It seems to be an article about podcasters who support conspiracy theories with little evidence, defend Islam, and promote communism. It talks about how their voices are amplified through algorithms and politicians.
But since you don't like what he says about your preferred talking heads, you need to try to smear MAGA.

Maybe a certain someone could learn from that instead of making up a preposterous lie like "I thought it was a doctor".

Taking a few steps back and looking at the bigger picture it's evident that "something" is astray.
The successful podcasters that have traditionally supported Trump have suddenly made a 180° turn. It gives the appearance of some negative "influence" applied to those folks to so suddenly and radically have a change of heart.
