IMO, the most troubling aspect was the error was unforced. Why announce you are releasing the files and then not do so — and then try to coverup this error in such a ham-fisted way?
This is a less than auspicious beginning to her term as AG. Bondi had barely been in her office a month and yet she has already sabotaged her credibility with much of Trump’s own base.

This is where these assholes are wrong. We deserve to know. Who the hell are they to decide what the people should and shouldn’t know, outside of military secrets. How are the people supposed to fix their get when we only know a fraction of the truth. Damn every single one of these people who think they’re gate keepers trying to do the right thing by hiding the truth. This is why these pedophiles keep getting re-elected and why people who do more research than the average citizen get called conspiracy theorists.

Ehh…IF they really were behind the shooting, I’m not sure they’d really wanted him dead. Then he’d be a martyr. Probably would rather it be seen as a grave threat to get him and others to shut up.
Never underestimate the politics of power and desire to have the ultimate power over folks. I’d say it’s likely the Biden Admin, and now the Trump Admin, see more attractiveness in using these files and the names on it as leverage more than actually seeking justice for the victims or to let the American people know what kind of evil POSs they’ve been voting for.
