What was that you were saying about a lack of evidence??
No offense, but are you psychotic? Trump’s own DOJ dismissed that claim as being evidence of a crime....and dismissed the case against the alleged vandal for LACK OF EVIDENCE.

He did NOT admit to pulling the liner. I think he said he touched it. But whatever the case, Trump's DOJ dismissed the charges based on lack of evidence of a crime.

Not that I don’t trust your understanding, but can you link this? What about the other 6 people that were arrested for vandalism?

Bro, he interacted with it.
Hello liner. How are you doing today?
You look a little droopy.

Libtards didn't care for one second that Derek Chauvin was put in jail for decades based on a lie. But they come out of the woodwork to scream about the liner ripper getting his wrist slapped.

Trump was prepared to put innocent Americans in prison to cover up the fact that the contractor screwed up. A sitting president being willing send innocent Americans to prison because he's too sensistive and too proud to admit what actually happened is more concerning to me than a random cop in Minnesota.
But nice whatabout from 6 years ago anyway. These whatabouts and deflections keep getting weaker and more pitiful.

I have seen "references" to "others," but if they exist they haven't been publicly identified. Here's what we know about the only four who have been identified (lazy ChatGPT):
"There were four people publicly charged in court with Reflecting Pool vandalism/property-destruction offenses:
David Hearn — felony destruction of government property.
Justin Carreno — misdemeanor destruction of property under $1,000.
Sophie Dennison-Gibby — misdemeanor destruction of property under $1,000.
Cameron Thiers — misdemeanor destruction of property under $1,000.
By August 3, prosecutors had dropped the cases against all four. CBS News reviewed the D.C. Superior Court filings and reported that Pirro's office moved to dismiss the three misdemeanor cases after moving to dismiss Hearn's felony case."

Bro, he interacted with it.
Hello liner. How are you doing today?

I don't understand your point. It's a crime to destroy federal property. It's not a crime to "interact" with it or everyone touching a door on federal property would be guilty of a crime.
If after all this you think the cyclist is guilty of vandalism, take it up with Trump’s DOJ. They were the ones that dismissed the case against him.

Well if you go break windows of house that were already broken, that's still vandalism.
There were eye witnesses saying he was pulling on it.
So even if he pulled up already ripped liner, that's still vandalism. Should have just left it alone. Not his property.

Ugh
The other guy linked something that said the bicycle guy admitted to interacting with the liner.
I have you an example of a possible, though unlikely, interaction.

A president can't arrest anyone though.
