This is yet another reason why business should avoid and distrust government and fight them at every turn.

Not that it affects Elon personally but by getting involved in the disaster that is our inefficient government, he lost multi-billions of dollars and lots of good will from potential consumers.

DOGE came to naught. Once looking like a brilliant start, this administration is really showing its ineptness right now.

My top reasons for voting for Trump:

1. National debt needs to get worked on (we'll be more in debt by the time Trump leaves office).

2. Immigration (nice start but now we can't deport anyone really --- not Trump's fault here but Congress').

3. Economy (more Congress & Biden's fault than anything)

4. Better execution of govt (military and law enforcement): I put this squarely on Trump's appointment decision making. With the exception of Rubio, they've not been terrible but they do look incompetent and impotent. Very blah.

Yes, Kamala would have made these all worse. Starting to lose hope in this country. If Trump can't fix these things, who can?

The beast is the swamp with Congress. Elon cut the head off the beast, but it grew back. Congress cancelled the vote to codify DOGE. They will be held accountable but then we get Speaker Hakeem. What is plan B?
