You guys have the time listen to his interview with Rogan, reads like a job interview for this job. In a synopsis:
Chevron ruling means the agencies and the policies they have produced, thousands of them, were not legal under existing law, so they can be removed, 90% of them. And if they are gone, you really dont need the people to regulate.
First move the depts out of DC, the ones you keep and should realistically be moved. Then have one RIF, reduction in force.
The windfall will be unbridling the entire entrepreneurial spirit of what America once was.
