I guess rocket science is hard or something.
Hopefully they get it right next time and keep improving. It’s weird how they got Starship to orbit 5 times previously but the last two had to be self destructed over the ocean.
Encouraging that they nailed the landing again though. I’m not a rocket scientist but that seems like the more difficult feat here. I’m sure they’ll figure out getting the ship to orbit in short order.

Well all I can say is when some former astronauts shite on Elon for his space program, all I can say is frick them and I don’t give a frick who they are. I would tell them straight to their face to go frick themselves.
Elon has launched the biggest and most powerful rocket ever in human history. A private company. Bigger than other nations including the USA. A rocket size you need to get to Mars. Is the great and wise NASA doing this? frick no.
Anyone not on Elon’s side in regards to SpaceX can eat a dick.
He catches the fricking large booster FFS. His smaller boosters for other rockets return to the launch side and land upright. I have been interested in space exploration since a child and I was in shock when I saw it. Wow! just WOW!

SpaceX has taken $3 billion in taxpayer dollars for this program and they are currently years behind schedule. I have a ton of respect for Elon but is what it is.
