Elon was a hero to the left just a few years ago. The media industrial complex is dirty as shite, anyone who exposes it will be an enemy of progressivism.
Let the soys and girls scream all they want because their little twitter machine got exposed. Its enjoyable.

I don't think anyone is good in this, but if you truly believe this is actually a moral crusade for Musk and not a power trip "own the libs" venture then it's no wonder you still believe in a stolen election.

Do you know what these frickers are accused of doing? They’ll be lucky to walk away with nothing. If Trump and especially DeSantis are elected President, they’re going to send their DOJ after these fricks.

Elon has never mattered to me and still doesn't. Twitter is the only social media platform I bother with and I only use it to follow, not tweet myself, so I really can't see how this is going to affect at all. The obsession with this is something, people cheering the downfall of an "evil empire" when Musk himself runs a "evil empire".

Or Occam’s razor. He is pissed he couldn’t get out of his horrendous deal so now he is trying to save any money he can and hope and pray the executives will cut a deal.
What was the share value on the close date?
What percentage valuation addition occurs when a publicly traded company becomes closely held and owned by a single individual?
Add those two numbers together and see if it is more or less than the sale price.
You think 100 million in savings is the driving force here?

Can you show me where Musk tried to influence elections and protect guilty people like Twitter did?
Thanks.

Elon always loses in court. Always. He just does things to make himself look hard or cool to his followers and fan boys, and then gets smacked in court.
The Twitter legal team came up with a bullet proof agreement and twisted his arm to basically buy the company per the original terms and didn't allow him to weasel out of it. They will be happy to represent the execs again, seeing as he let go Twitter's head legal counsel too in the same day he fired the CEO and CFO, but for whatever reason didn't make the same news.

The golden parachutes are literally nothing to him. It’s the material misrepresentations made during negotiations where he will likely win big. Despite the fact he still increased his net worth with the purchase.

If most of that money are RSUs that have vested over the years, which they are, I'm not sure you can just take them back just because of the deal or maybe because you happen to not like them or the way they ran the company. You can absolutely make the argument that they destroyed shareholder value over the years, but you can't just take their vested RSUs away on a whim.

I don’t disagree. (Though termination can stop vesting). But the golden parachutes are nothing to Elon. His net worth has fluctuated more than the cost to fund those in the time between me writing this and you reading it.
The big money is in the material misstatements or fraud during negotiations.

Yeah, those Ides of August posts? Yeah, what happened on August 15th that year?
I was bizarrely specific and correct with that date.

No, you’re getting flak because you said more insanely stupid shite while shooting your mouth off trying to pretend you know more than you actually do about a topic.
Sound familiar?

Really you want to play this game?
Who wants to go dig up self-important moron’s posts stating the new Florida law would prevent teachers from talking with students about being abused at home?
Or about hospitals requiring everyone to get the flu shot for entry prior to covid?

Want to get the information about bots and election interference out in a trial that you were denied to get out in a trial? This is how it’s done.
