As they should. I am no Musk fan, but these gazillionaires getting anything for running a dump like Twitter is ridiculous. It is a playground for people with low IQ's.

Yeh dude? The threshold to reach here for musk is extremely hard. These guys will get millions still. They are twat waffles but they are share holding twat waffles and separating them from that without them being in a jail cell is almost impossible, and I don’t see that as something remotely possible

To be fair, you said the same thing about Elon attempting to do just that at the beginning of the thread and you were wildly wrong, so maybe have some awareness on the topic

Crawfishing much? I don't think you understand Musk's power.

I will admit I was wrong about this even being a possibility. I have no problem saying that. I am only human in the flesh and blood

I have been a part of more than one company takeover where potential fraud actually did take place, and our internal audit reports seemed pretty damn solid as proof of that, and it still wasn’t close to getting a for cause justification. If Elon goes forward with this, he is doing it because he just likes to frick with people IMHO.

And in fairness, it should be very hard to separate someone from a buyout of shares they own.

FWIW if your on mobile and someone links the NYT and you don't want to pay. Hit the refresh button then immediately hit the stop loading button. You can read the article and the paywall won't get you. WSJ fixed this exploit Nyt has not. Neither has nola.com

He is incapable of doing this. Note how the word "pride" is in his username. There's a reason for this. He's full of it. Even when proven incorrect, he rides the warhead all the way to the ground.

There is absolutely no way they are just going to lick their wounds and not take their buyout. Zero

Depends on how many skeletons are in the closet. Twitter is publically traded, it is extremely easy to violate SOX, and if they deleted stuff on the way out I wouldn't want to be on the other side of that.

What are you talking about? Could you imagine having such a brutal horrific schedule as this? A Day in the Life of a Twitter Employee

It actually blows my mind that Twitter stock hasn't been above $80 per share. It tells me there is something wrong and people know it

No, these are fricking criminals. They should be in fricking jail. The threshold is not high given how evil and depraved these people are. If they don’t go to jail, they should count themselves lucky.

While true, their SOX reports have been reported every year with no major control deficiencies correct?

White knighting for Twitter execs is a rather strange hill to die on.
