Anyone following this? They built a super-prison with a capacity of 40,000 and threw every gang member into it. Take a look at their president's speech. Much better than anything else I have heard in a long time.

Why can't we do that.....it works!

This is wonderful news.
I spent a week in El Salvador in the early 90's. It's one of the lushest, most beautiful places I've ever seen. And the country was completely dominated by gangs and military sponsored death squads.
