Terrible move allowing the coach to become directly involved. I don't care who is in office, the LSU football coach needs to stay away from fundraisers. Be friendly during visits, but never get involved.
Wait until the day a future governor demands they show up.

People aren’t going to want to hear this, and I don’t like it either. But I’m afraid this is pointing to Edwards reaching similar to Mary Landrieu status.
We talk about how he’s a leftist Democrat. Louisiana is supposed to be a red state. Yet, we might just see some big money “Republican” business donors and people like the Acadian Ambulance owner give him campaign donations and support him because they believe he has the best chance to win.
