About 6 months ago there was a celebrity gossip blind on CDAN(very accurate celeb gossip website) that said late last year “this cable anchor is not only sleeping with her boss, she is also sleeping with her bosses boss. I’ve always thought most news anchors - on all the major networks - are way overpaid. IMO they’re all plug-and-play…. For the most part, The network and time slot makes them a star…not the other way around. I’m sure there are some exceptions to that.
Most people don’t switch the show based on the anchor. They’re going to watch that network pretty much regardless who the talking head is.
