Didn't Donna Brazille tell us Hillary Clinton and the Clinton machine took over the Democrat Party, conspired to prevent Bernie Sanders from getting the nomination, and basically looted the party?

So now they are suing Trump!! shouldn't they be suing the Clintons?

The move by the DNC seems like a really fricking terrible idea UNLESS they know indictments of russians and wikileaks are coming.

Do they realize what they have done? This opens them up for discovery..UNDER OATH. The defendants lawyers can depose Hillary..ALL OF THEM..and go after everything.

This is a major mistake.

True.

So for them to file like this means they have successfully purged a lot of evidence and I'm quite sure that was one of the purposes of the Mueller investigation to begin with. Mueller has had access to everything: Trump stuff, DNC stuff, FBI stuff, DOJ stuff and so on.

I think it is the opposite. Just sit back and enjoy the show, if you know indictments are coming.

To me, this points to leaks that nothing big is coming and the investigation is nearing completion.

Not saying the leaks are true but I don't think they would be this desperate unless they thought Trump was about to get away with no charges.

Doesn't this also open the door for the DNC to depose Trump? (Assuming it survives Motions to Dismiss. I wouldn't normally be concerned...but this is in New York. And you know what those Judges are like. I wouldn't be surprised if the Supreme Court had to hear every issue in the case...from procedural rulings to discovery rulings. What a clown show.

It's symbolic. They have no desire to follow through with this. If so, their leadership is doomed.

Crowdstrike is owned by a wealthy Russian and Ukrainian, Biden's son Hunter works for them.

These people are using what they have done to try to trap Trump-AGAIN.

Discovery will show the democratic ties to muh Russians.

Good thing Huber from Utah will bust their U1 asses.

What is the cause of action, and what do they claim is a possible remedy?

The DNC rigged its own election with Bernie. Why hasn't anyone filed suit over that?

Dis gonna be good for Trump. The discovery process will get into all kinds of neat stuff like Bernie being pushed aside, stolen e-mails, etc.

What lack of forethought by the DNC.

And guess who will still be your POTUS?

Trump.

Could this be an effort to get some sort of a deal where the DNC settles the suit for enough money to repay the state-level coffers (85 million I believe) and avoid being sued by the states and donors, resulting in bankruptcy and in returns drops the all Russia claims. Is this a preemptive move to prevent Rudy and Bob from striking a deal without including the DNC?

Otherwise, it makes no sense
