Male professors who do this sort of thing are released. Posting similar comments about females would be rightly be seen as misogyny. I'm not sure what empowers female professors to post those sorts of things.
I will say that the bar for obtaining a PhD has been immeasurably lowered. Her comments are something I would expect to read from someone lacking a post secondary degree.
