Isn’t delta the Indian variant that is now showing up in the UK? I don’t think they are classifying it as a UK variant. Regardless, the research is only showing a 17% reduction in efficacy of the vaccines against it. That keeps it above the threshold needed to say the vaccine works. So I am not scared or worried about it.
