I get what you're saying, but you know that she means wearing masks at home in addition to wearing them on the streets.
I think this is malpractice writ large. I think they are doing this deliberately with the intention of making people sick by weakening their immune systems.

This is an attempt to “normalize” mask use. Eventually, people will look really strange without a mask on.
