Hillary, Fauci, Miley and just everyone else that would get an preemptive pardon. Thanks for confirming for the citizens the US DOJ
Biden needs to croak on national T.V. with no mention of any other presidential pardons besides Hunter’s just to see the apocalyptic chaos.
Best Christmas Ever.

"would not unring the bell of conviction." What? That's exactly what a pardon does. It completely erases the conviction from history. It's as if it never happened.

One more month.

Good. So the J6’s can use this when they sue the J6 Committee members civilly?

Attach a 6 figure reparations settlement to the pardon and it becomes very clear. no guilt is associated.

Meant to clarify-when Biden pardons the J6 committee, if they accept they admit guilt.

I'm a retired 27 year Fed LEO (USBP, INS, DHS counter terrorism).
I think they are trying to get people to "plead to lessor charges".
Implying that if you'r pardoned, you can't be criminally punished. BUT - you can be ADMINISTRATIVELY punished -
We (vengeful woke apparatchiks) will go after your military or federal retirement and benefits. Or other federal programs you and your family use - Agricultural programs, Educational programs, disaster relief programs, SBA programs, whatever. We will punish you! Unless you plead down and give us a scalp!

They’ve already had the onus of guilt hung on them by a weaponized DOJ. Does the DOJ think that refusing the pardon will get rid of the bogus conviction?
Posted on 12/12/24 at 10:24 am to Major Dutch Schaefer
So if that gets me out of jail I can live with the assumption that a pardon means that I'm guilty....

I think on day one all non-violent J6ers are free and clear. The violent ones I am a little more cautious about letting walk free ASAP

So they admit Hunter is guilty
And Fauci, and Liz Cheney, and Mark Milley, and Hillary, and any other person that accepts a pardon. At least Adam Schiff isn’t accepting (for now at least).

What I have pictured as they are writing that…….

Whoever wrote that should be fired.on Day One.

The DOJ is packed with DC dem lawyers. That needs to change and those guilty of political persecution who violated J6'ers civil and constitutional rights need to be held accountable for their criminal actions that have made a mockery of the criminal justice system.

Uh, staying in prison by rejecting the pardon is also an admission of your guilt. Sooo, what's DOJ's point?
Posted on 12/12/24 at 11:12 am to udtiger
Ignorant the far left as it has been neutralized by its own corruption and stupidity
Posted on 12/12/24 at 11:36 am to Major Dutch Schaefer
Ok, thanks DOJ.

Another late pushback by the sickeningly corrupt US DOJ before they meet their reckoning. At least they leave no doubt Trump was elected out of necessity for the will of the American people. Let's see this through.
