I find this whole deal distracting. I want to know what the end game is. Given the last several impeachments and Congressional hearings, does anyone think anyone is actually going to jail? This whole ordeal is a fricking joke.

DOJ was caught hands down "wiretapping" Trump and entrapping and prosecuting Trump's people (Flynn at the fore) per Hillary's fraudulent 'Dossier'. Which the DOJ damn well knew was a fraud.
They are corrupt to the core. And as such, cannot be reformed as they control the levers of 'reform', which would entail prosecution for criminal conspiracy. No way they put themselves in jail. They rather see this Nation go down with them.

As I stated, there's no way Trump is going to jail for anything. So that's out. Given the POTUS's ability to declassify things, how could he ever be convicted of taking classified docs? It's moronic to even think about that.
All they've done is rally the Republican base. Say what you will, but there are a lot of smart people supporting Biden. They had to have seen that coming. So, assuming they knew the raid was going to rally the Republican base ahead of the midterm elections with a president and Congress at historic lows in popularity, why did they do it?

If Trump, instead of declassifying the info marked SCI, had just recopied it without those marks and put it on a poorly maintained server in his bathroom, would it have been all good?
