I'm not playing dumb. Those tweets don't exist. You just refuse to acknowledge the facts. If some liberal tweeted "8647" in 2025 as a threat against the life of President Trump, then why hasn't the Trump DOJ charged them with a crime?
If you're talking about Comey, he will beat this charge just like it was obvious that he was going to beat the doomed perjury charge.

Comey wrote about committing stochastic terrorism in his ridiculous book. Ivory acts nonbiased but he isnt.
A former or current FBI Director shouldn't do this...Much less to gain jolly green giant attention for his book and inciting assassinating Trump.

If I were biased, it would be because I hate Comey. I wish the DOJ had gotten their act together in time to convict him for his ACTUAL crimes.
I was correct in predicting that the perjury charges against him would be dismissed because Halligan wasn't eligible to be his prosecutor. I was falsely accused of having TDS then.
In my opinion, y'all are too influenced by social media grifters who churn out content based on partisan appeal, not on truth.
Just as with the perjury charge, there is ZERO chance that Comey will ultimately serve time for this. After law school, I was a federal trial judge's law clerk. Most federal judges HATE to dismiss a criminal case before trial, so I suppose it's POSSIBLE that the case goes to a jury and results in a conviction. There is ZERO chance that would survive an appeal to the 4th Circuit.
No where in Comey’s novel or in any of the cases he tried is there a reference to "86" meaning "to kill," which would be the threshold issue in proving Comey’s intent.
Also, the disparity in quality of lawyers means Comey’s team is going to boat race the revolving door of inexperienced prosecutors that the super understaffed DOJ has had to drag in to prosecute this abomination of a case.
I'm just curious Angelle, why do you think I'm biased? When have I ever made a legal prediction that was wrong? What have I ever said against Trump which wasn't objectively true? When have I ever said anything in favor of ANY Democrat?

I don’t recall this being a thing like 8647 is and was. We don’t see normal people celebrating assassinations, so safe to us to assume it wasn’t a thing.

The problem for DOJ is they first have to show that "8647" OBJECTIVELY is a threat to the President.
I don't doubt that Comey engaged in some frickery...in many instances...including here. I just don't think there is a chance for a conviction that survives appeal.

Probably not... excepting of course information that he had researched how to couch it to be cheeky.
I do NOT think Comey meant he wanted to personally 86 anyone or had any intention of doing so. I DO think he thought it was funny and would have been fine if some loon took it as an open invitation.
