I agree. Black sites overseas I understand. One in Virginia? What is that needed for? It can't be good. I could possibly, maybe get on board with one in say Alaska or Hawaii. Domestic, but not in the continental US, on the western part of the country nearer Russia and China. Not in the same state as CIA headquarters. Good catch, Elon.
