He has to be or HIS life is toast. If he does not get confirmed, his life will be screwed along with that of his wife and children. If the Democrats win both houses in the election and he does not get confirmed prior to, The Democrats will seek to impeach him even if he goes back to his job on the DC Court of Appeals.....just to teach Trump a lesson

If Kavanaugh doesn’t get confirmed how could the Republicans ever get anyone confirmed.
Any new appointments will simply get bombed in similar ways.

I don’t think he’ll be confirmed unless something dramatic happens between now and the end of the day. The morning hasn’t gone well for our side, looking at it objectively.
