It's essentially the polar opposite of Marxism

That's not the traditional left-right spectrum. That's the modern Americanized version.

She's almost certainly a populist, not a conservative.
There is no debating the fact it isn't populists that have brought the US to the brink of economic and financial collapse.....that would be the Cultural Marxists and their D.C. Uniparty Recucklican enablers.

My GF Is is an elementary teacher and liberal. She voted Trump bc she hated Hillary but then Biden. If she votes Harris I am probably done

She's likely a moderate or conservative, you sound like a populist.

No. And we’re both 34. Can smell liberal shite from a mile away.

What puss man would marry a liberal? Only ones I’ve seen it happen to the man flips into a liberal…. Again a puss.

I would never marry a woman who doesn’t share my values. Any woman that’s a liberal doesn’t share my values.

Prior to the polarization of 2020, and to a lesser extent 2016, it was common for people to marry with differing political views, because politics was like #11 on the top ten things you are looking for in a spouse, for the majority of people.
I can understand younger people, say, 34 years old, saying I'd never marry a liberal, because the only thing you've lived through in your adult life is an extremely polarized society where politics are at the forefront of almost everyone's mind. If you'd lived long enough to have spent a decade or two of adulthood before this all got so hyper, you'd understand how many people can be married, and happily, to a spouse of a different political persuasion.
Also, you are posing this question on a hyper-political board so you are going to get hyper political answers. But you answered your own question in the OP, of course there are millions of marriages out there between Dems and conservatives (populists, fascists, whatever).
Just look at polling demographics. Look where men poll, look where women poll. There's obviously millions of marriages between opposing political views.
Anyone who admits it in a place like this is going to get downvoted and ridiculed as a cuck. So the results you get from the replies in this thread won't be anywhere close to reality.
That's enough typing for now, gotta go, my wife's boyfriend is coming over later and I have to get the house cleaned up and dinner started.

I would never date a Democrat. I’m not friends with them and damn sure wouldn’t marry one.

Do you believe your own word salads?
Contrary to your revisionist history, people were raised to marry their kind and always marry someone who shares the same yoke.

Saying that, him being shot has somewhat radicalized myself. Don't even think I had ever posted on this board prior. I pay way more attention than I use to also
Now I've never been more politically engaged in my life.

There will be men on the left that can’t vote for a woman and conservative women will who vote for a Harris because she is a woman. Just like men wouldn’t vote for HRC and people that voted for Obama because he was black.
Guarantee there will be conservative wives of guys on this board that will vote for Harris because she is a woman, but tell everyone they voted for Trump.

Yup. She has no inclination whatsoever to be persuaded by logic, common sense, or facts. She's going to vote for Kamala even if it means we end up losing most of our retirement savings. She believes every single lie that has ever been told about Trump and to this day believes he is a Russian asset and is best buddies with Putin.
How does this work where your spouse trusts the media over you?

Yes we do. My wife and I have very different pollution views.
I am what used to be a centrist bit the entire political spectrum has shifted to the left. So now I am considered a solid conservative.
My wife on the other hand is a very, way way way to the right side conservative.
We get together fine. We both hate democratic politicians.
Just joking. We would both be considered conservative by today's standards and hate the hypocrisy of the left.

Echo chamber at home? That's fine by me, I can discuss progressive views with people I graduated law school with outside of my home.
