I'm no fan of Sessions, however it is pretty funny to see libs who didn't say a word about Holder or Lynch suddenly start to care about civil forfeiture and the war on drugs.

It just isn't clear whether or not Sessions's ridiculous opinion on marijuana will influence his decision.

Toddy says Sessions is going to shock him in a therapy session with electricity so there's that.

Let's make you the US Arbiter of Whose Opinion is correct.

I would speak on your behalf.

Is that before or after he gets sent to the gay concentration camp?

I am substantially more qualified to speak on the subject than Sessions, so that wouldn't be a bad move for you.

Supposedly there is a letter from Mrs. King detailing some of Jeff's conduct before his nomination in 1986. I don't know how much of that is true, though. There are also those who say he was Klan affiliated at one time.

Look, the guy is from Selma, Alabama and lived through the Civil Rights Movement. If he is a racist, it shouldn't be that hard to find out. I personally don't like him because his views are pretty antiquated and he seems pretty stubborn. It's not my call, though (obviously). You won't see me riot over it or call him a racist without proof.

Right but letter of the law federally is its illegal regardless of state votes or opinion and that the dea should be racking up busts of dispensaries. Obama deferred enforcement to the states under his admin. Trump and sessions have a choice here

Just like when treating depression, electroshock therapy is saved for those that are resistant to other modes of treatment such as medications and therapy.

I'm not sure you know this but I can't/couldn't vote against Lynch. Can you?

It took Ted Cruz about 120 seconds to shut up every democrat on that panel.
