Update: boat GPS records have been released and the boat left Horn Island at 4:31 and back to boat launch, then into the owners home in Biloxi.

So much for the insane theories about a pool party murder.

Is this the same case where the homeowner fled the state in the wee hours and then sent his staff out to lie to the media about his whereabouts on the night in question only to surface a few days leter with a big ole black eye? Or am I thinking of another drowning incident?

Well that’s an odd response.. so there’s something wrong with me for just now hearing about this story and was asking for opinions from someone from the state?

The story says over and over that he was with friends, he goes there often with his friends. They show that he was in a picture with his friends. They reported him missing after getting a phone call from one of the friends.

The only reason for suspicion seems to be that he didn't post to Snapchat the day he was on the island and the fact that he didn't return to the mainland with his friends.

The Sheriff says that he chose to stay on the island and ride back with someone else.

The island was packed with boats and people so it's not exactly a safe place to commit a murder.

Not much reason to suspect foul play.

But if you're dying to be a victim........

The female he stayed behind for has come forward and spoken to detectives. Which pretty much clears the friends he arrived with. In my book anyway.

Update: the recording of the distress call from the boat (when it was malfunctioning and taking on water and needed a tow) has been released. Everything keeps lining up with the original accounts.

The # of boats at Horn Island on Independence Day were estimated between 500 and 800. If we assume 4 people per boat, that puts the # of people at 2K to 3.2K. I realize the number is dynamic - boats come and go.

Source was from a tour boat captain in a YT interview.

This kid is not your normal thug fighting with police.
What gets me is the people speaking about how things don't add up, have never been in a boat, or in the beach, or in the gulf water.
It doesn't matter if drunk or not or if can swim or not. People drown in the gulf. As of now just seems like a terrible drowning accident to a good kid. The whole phone thing is dumb argument also. Terrible service on an island 6 miles off the coast. If you are in the water your phone and keys will stay in boat. Occams razor

I think he waded off to take a piss or shite. They had been drinking all day, he wouldnt have bothered to tell anyone, he may have wanted to go somewhere discreet so he remained unseen.... perhaps before he was able to approach other friends for a ride. The boat GPS records show its a longish trip back to shore, so he may have wanted to bleed the lizard or wash his arse before leaving.
Then he gets swept up in a rip current.

Is this more plausible than him being beaten to death by 50 whites at a pool party, then ferrying his broken corpse back out to the island and dumped, followed by a full institutional coverup by white supremacist county officials?

He was 3X over the legal limit and couldn’t swim (not a stereotype, he couldn’t swim). And by all accounts, these guys were all buddies, Racist grifters like Sharpton and Crump need the MSM to stir the flames, it’s how they make their money. And the Soros soldiers showed up, right on cue.

Here is the basic summary of events, July 4th:

Nolan was on a boat with his three friends at Horn Island.
Nolan jumped in the water and left his phone on the boat.
The three friends noticed that the bilge pump stopped working.
They told Nolan they wanted to bring the boat back.
Nolan was talking to a girl and said he would get another ride.
There was a large friend group on the island and plenty of other boats.
The three friends took the boat back to the mainland.
The last people that Nolan spoke with was the girl and other of his friends that was still on the island, Tracestin.

Later that night...
All the boats made it back to shore.
Friends and family noticed Nolan was missing.
Friends notified the Coast Guard.
Family notified the police.
Family used Life 360 to track down the phone, which was still on the boat.

July 5th:
Search for Nolan spans mutiple agencies and the Cajun Navy.

July 6th:
Nolan's body was found in the water near the island coastline.

Everyone is waiting on the autopsy to confirm drowning with no foul play.

Interesting info from the dad. He retrieved the car keys from the home of one of the friends in the boat. It sounds like the keys were never in the boat, but left at the friends house where his car was parked that day. Remember, the mother's girlfriend retrieved the phone separately.

Lots of conflicting info on this.

He also mentioned that when they went to search Horn Island on the 5th, there were 2 boats moored off the beach and a family that had spent the night tent camping. They had not seen any sign of Nolan, so the narrative that he was abandoned alone on Horn Island can also be put to bed.
