If the perverted sniffer is not really in control of his senses, then he has pulled off the biggest con job of the century.
If the premise of the OP is correct, then it had to be jill making the call.
The old adage of 'power is the ultimate drug' applies here. The scuttle butt has been that jill has been pulling all the strings in the WH for a long time.
The gravy train for jill is about to end as far as being the real power in the WH. Some have likened her to a Lady Macbeth or Edna Wilson(Woodrow Wilson).
The glamour and high life of being FLOTUS has to be alluring and within a few months that will all be gone. That has to sting her right in the gut.
But don't shed a tear for her. She will never be lacking or hurting for money though. She will most likely get a gig at some Ivy League university pulling in a 7 seven figure salary.
She will 'write' a book or two and get a huge signing bonus for it.
The CCP will order their puppets at the dnc to purchase a warehouse or two full of her book(s).
BTW, I remember that the cackling fool was the kenyans choice to run for President in 2020.
They were supposedly 'buddies' from way back when.
