You don’t get to the top of a billion dollar organization being an angel. Also as CEO it’s ultimately his job to protect the company and stakeholders, this means he’s responsible and unfortunately money to them is more important than their customers.

quote:one of the theories is that it is a professional hit based on him being investigated for insider trading.
You don't know that he was a POS.
As CEO, this guy was so far removed from individual coverage decisions or basic claim denials, I will be surprised if that ultimately is found to be the motive.
But I think the media has made a mistake on that one (put this in an OT post). There was a Federal Reserve Bank employee named Robert Brian Thompson, who went by Brian, charged with insider trading in mid-november. I think the media has confused the two Brian Thompsons. So while he may, or may not, be a POS. I don't think he was under investigation for insider trading. Someone screwed up on that one.

I'd be looking at those whose claims have been denied with a recent death of family member and disgruntled employees. Might throw in potential spouses of extramarital lovers for fun.

Yes dude is pure amateur status, left casings, live ammo at the scene, left on a traceable bicycle and went to Starbucks

we explained how this would not matter IF done right beforehand.

this was debunked by the cops

looks like too much of the dudes face is showing. he had best have been prepared to live rest of his life in another country that does not extradite IF they find him. knowing who he is here and being overseas are two different things. he will need to change his name.

If they want to, they will.

In the pic above it looks like he was going to pay at Starbucks with his phone…. If so they have him…

Sounds like that's a long list. Maybe bring in some of the 87k IRS hires to help for a month until they are fired

IF that's true they will be very easily to narrow down the pool of suspects and then technology will get the list to very short.
So, hundreds of thousands is a short list.

You are absolutely right that cams will track him from the crime to his point of departure from the cams. Outfit change and a bit of time inside may help him if he exits under a crowd. It IS NYC after all.
Regarding people wanting the killer to get away: people always root for those punching up if it was indeed a grievance against healthcare. A shot against "the man".
We seem to forget that corporations aren't faceless entities but merely a group of people doing evil things to frick over other people. Let's not pretend that they aren't mugging the common people under threat of lawyers and lobbyists.
Yeah, this guy had kids and family. So do all the narcos and sex/drug traffickers. Unpopular opinion for sure. But take some time and apply things equally. Live by the sword die by the sword.

Half his face is showing in that Starbucks photo, including some very discernible facial features!
this guy will easily be caught
Or at least identified.

I don’t think the shooter cares about that. I think the motive is clearly revenge.

I agree,
But the question from the OP is whether he will be caught or not

I wonder if he had a large insurance policy. Was he having an affair? Look at the wife first then at people he may have fired. They got a good view of his clothes and back pack and they said they saw enough of his face to run a facial recognition. The person is obviously not a professional.

If it’s completely pre-meditated and planned. i’m going to a spot below one of the MANY bridges in Manhattan/NYC & in a plateless car i rented on a planned trip to a city relatively nearby, fly there, rent a car, and drop it back to that place and fly back, this also gives decent alibis.
then i am chunking that gun as far as i can understand the cover of the bridge where i’m sure there are spots without cameras. And the entire time, I’d have my hoodie on because it’s cold outside & i’ve got a fake mustache just to put some Hollywood effects to it. I’m maybe even putting some fake dents or scratches on the car. i’m maybe even putting different rims on it on another town, anything to smoke screen that car from being tied to me.
nothing I’m wearing, bought or used in the ordeal was purchased in the entire region of NYC.
My wife thinks i’m flying to Pittsburgh or Philly for business. Plus, i’m not renting the car from the airport rentals, I’m going more rural.
that’s as best as you can try and do it IMO. and take it to your grave. They’ll never find the gun

Geofencing data will show every phone in that area at that time. If he carried a phone he's screwed. This is how they honeypotted the Jan 6ers in DC
