Heard on NPR this morning one of her nonprofits has raised over 100 million since 2016. There’s a good chance she doesn’t run just to keep the lid on the 501c’s spending.

In reality, she doesn't mean to say that she felt entitled to the position (though she might feel entitled to it, in actuality), but her grasp of the English language is so poor that this sentence is the best means of communicating her thoughts that she could concoct.
I honestly believe that she meant to say, "I come from a state in which I did not have the good fortune of being elected governor....etc.."
BTW, what "fight" is there to have over someone being able to cast a vote in America? They keep saying this...what do they mean?

That’s her problem. She thought she should be crowned governor because she’s entitled and not because she got more votes.
