I think he should be involved. I do have reservations about some of his views and he did go off on Trump and Jan 6.

I'm a Christian who actually went to church last night. I'm struggling a bit b/c our pastor seems to be getting more and more woke. His sermon last night was on Ruth and how she was a "refugee" who was "intensely disliked" and was obviously tying it to our current issues here in the US. You can view the sermon here if you'd like.
The type of "Christians" we get are George W. Bush, Ted Cruz, Joe Biden who are super pro war.
I'd prefer non "Christians" like Trump, Tulsi, Vivek (who are anti-interventionist) over GWB and Biden.
