I agree that it’s wise to comply. I also know that I was once jabbed in the gut with a night stick because I tried to ask a question while complying… there are some over -eager tightly wound dudes in uniform…

Too bad that’s all he did to you.

I would suspect he ran and they pitted his car based on the position of his car and troopers. Once you run all bets are off on the beating you will receive. Follow the law and 99% of the time no harm will come to you.

Ok. I've been slammed to the ground and told I was resisting while i was face down and the cop on my back was breaking my arm.
That has nothing to do with the situation in this video.
Neither you nor I know what happened leading up to the dog jumping through the window, except the guy wouldn't get out of the car like they were telling him to. I'm going to assume that the dog wouldn't have been unleashed if he would have complied with that simple command.

I don’t recognize those state trooper uniforms so I don’t know what State they are from but you are right.
Pitting rules are fairly tight these days depending on where you are.
The dog was not from the troopers. He was local.
If you run, and become a threat to the officers or the public you are fricked.
He’s lucky he didn’t get shot. He had four of them really pissed off so he must have done something significant.

It’s the Arkansas state police

Without context I don’t know. But if he was behaving very dangerously, and clearly refused to get out , I don’t expect a cop to crawl in and get him and possibly get stabbed shot or whatever.

Why was the guy farting on the dog?

Arkansas has some pretty lenient PIT rules.
If they feel the public is in danger they can PIT.
They also don’t have a maximum speed where they cannot PIT.
I think they PIT some idiot at 136 MPH once.

I could never be a cop. No way I could have withheld a couple of whacks to his noggin in this circumstances. I guess their training somewhat mitigates basic instinct, but there is always a line.
Dude may have been drunk. Otherwise he's a problem person.

I have a feeling this was well deserved. I've never been jabbed with a night stick.

So at the 9:00min mark the K-9 handler is telling cops he has a dog during the chase. He clearly wants to use his dog.
Reminds thems again at 10:00 then his first words at 11:20 get out or you are getting dog bit.

Here you are again. Always saying dumb shite.
The guy led them on a chase. His chance to comply came and went.

He clearly wants to get the guy compliant as quickly and safely as possible.
That’s what the dog is for.
Perp reported speed running from cops was 120MPH.

Did the Police use excessive Force?
Also the idiot cops pushing that collared dog into the car is a good way to get it killed.
Posted on 2/1/25 at 12:47 pm to NC_Tigah
The alternative is getting a cop killed by reaching in to extract the idiot perp.
