It appeared to me that the truck was sprawled out across the track. Impact probably happened close to the king pin of the tractor and nose of the trailer.
I don’t think truck rammed train.

Kind of a strange coincidence, but would also be a pretty shitty terrorism effort that wouldn't really make much sense
