Did Don Lemon pretend like he’s not a sex offender last night?
Posted by L.A. on 8/16/19 at 10:18 am301
I watched the first few minutes of his show to see if he would address the credible allegations against him, but he didn’t say anything. Did he address the credible allegations of his sexual misconduct later in the show?

No he did not.

What a sh*tty network that their prized commodity is being accused of sexual assault - with a witness - and they still have him on the air

You have to throw the word credible in there. This witness is in fact credible. Which means that he’s guilty going by the Trump/Kavanaugh scale

He is acting just as you would expect a serial sexual abuser to act. If he were truly innocent, then he would have no problem proving it.

quote:My thoughts exactly. After the initial allegation by a credible witness, and then corroboration by a second credible wtiness, it's pretty clear that CNN doesn't care about the victims of sexual abuse.

Credible or not, there is a witness. CNN should do the right thing and throw him off a building or down the stairs until they investigate further.
Isn't that how it works over there Fredo?

That is bad but let's be fair here

quote:
the network’s top-rated host at the time, Bill O’Reilly, struck a $32 million agreement with a longtime network analyst to settle new sexual harassment allegations, according to two people briefed on the matter — an extraordinarily large amount for such cases.
Although the deal has not been previously made public, the network’s parent company, 21st Century Fox, acknowledges that it was aware of the woman’s complaints about Mr. O’Reilly. They included allegations of repeated harassment, a nonconsensual sexual relationship and the sending of gay pornography and other sexually explicit material to her, according to the people briefed on the matter.
It was at least the sixth agreement — and by far the largest — made by either Mr. O’Reilly or the company to settle harassment allegations against him. Despite that record, 21st Century Fox began contract negotiations with Mr. O’Reilly, and in February granted him a four-year extension that paid $25 million a year.
Yeah I know, NYT fake times, this never happened etc. Lots of other sites reported it too. You also have NBC keeping Matt Lauer and CBS keeping Charlie Rose after knowing about their shenanigans. All were eventually fired of course. Let's see if CNN gets rid of Lemon. I'm guessing they don't.

To my knowledge he hasn't even commented on it. I believe CNN has, but he hasn't.
