Reports are it is 5-4 decision with Alito, not Roberts, writing the opinion.

No. This is why they wanted people like Sotomayor and Kagan on the court. If there is one consistent hallmark of the Obama presidency, its the complete and total politicization of all facets of government. You can trace almost all of our current problems back to this in some sense.

Those liberal justices work together. They aren't independent. It was a decision made at the justice level to leak the documents...and they were directed to do that by the Democratic party.

My opinion is that the newest justice brought in a radical staff member with no respect for the court, its rules or the sanctity of the memo opinions being passed between judges.
If so, justices are ultimately responsible for their own staff, and should face impeachment charges. It is so egregious a transgression, that shame alone should dictate that the justice at fault would resign.

The newest justice isn't on the court yet and hasn't hired any staff. She's terrible but this isn't on her.
95% chance this was one of Sotomayor or Breyer's clerks.

if a justice had any culpability for the brief being leaked, he/she should be impeached; however, not sure I'd want Biden appointing a replacement either
