I'm convinced Carney was installed with a mandate to shift Canada away from the America-led alliances and toward the China-led globalist agenda. It's the only explanation that makes sense.
Reading more from the American side it's now obvious that Carney was making demands the United States just could not meet. The Trump administration were cutting tariffs across the board but the Carney Liberals wanted unrestricted access to the American market while at the same time no changes in their strategic partnership with China.
So Canada wanted a wide open lane into the United States with China piggybacking. That was never going to happen—especially now as the US-China hybrid war is building toward armed conflict.
My prediction: the Canadian economy will implode due to a trade war Canada cannot win. Trump/America will be portrayed as the villain in Canadian media and Canadian liberals will cheer the arrival of China's communo-fascist "safety net."
The Americans will eventually have to act and when they do, Canadians will have been thoroughly brainwashed into believing the American actions are antagonistic when in fact they are acting on behalf of their own national security interests. Canadians will be incapable of grasping that concept and will demand slavery to the globalist machine.

We have Police stations in Canada that are operated by and only answer to the Chinese Community Party Canada has the largest fentanyl drug labs (superlabs) in North America, it has the largest child sex trafficking networks in North America, it has some of the largest money laundering operations.
Canada should have begged for a deal with the USA and been thankful that USA was even willing to offer a deal of any kind.
I see a lot of Canadians here bashing USA and pretending like they are standing up for Canada - and none of these fools understand just how much trouble Canada is in and how much illegal stuff goes on in Canada.

This would all be true if Canada was the only country in North America.

A staggering $46.7 BILLION is laundered through the country in a single year, turning dirty international money “pure white”. Here is why Canada is facing heat from its global partners

No one should forget that Alberta will be voting on independence soon.
Does this push them towards or away from the US?
I don’t see how the Canadian state sustains itself without Alberta, but is there a scenario here where the EU backs Canada if Alberta leaves resulting in the end of NATO or even an open hostile relationship with a MAGA/AF US?
Neither the EU or Canada can challenge America militarily but with $40T in debt what happens if they abandon the dollar as reserve currency?
This is a bigger potential issue than it appears at surface level because Carney is a hardcore WEF guy and the Chinese have massive influence up there now as well.

“Over quota”?
What’s the quota on milk? 10 gallons is fine, anything over is 270%?

Ontario is going to do everything it can to slow roll an Alberta independence then claim it isn’t possible due to XYZ.

Let's send our troops across the border, we can conquer Canada by the weekend.

Plus side is that we don’t have to go far.
Something like 90% of their population is within 50 miles of the US border.

Yeah because they want to handle it without Trump in office.
If Vance wins they’d be welcomed with open arms, but President AOC would send them running right back to Ontario.
