He reminded me of a black Howard Sprague that use to be on Andy Griffth.

See, if you say it with a funny voice or put it in a comedy show, you can say anything and get away with it. It’s like how late night talk show host will make funny faces and roll their eyes when they don’t have a valid argument or a legit basis on which to promote their agenda. Just laugh or make the other side look funny or stupid.
