Did Barak Obama know Hillary paid for the creation of the dossier?

When did he first hear about it? Did he know Hillary paid for it? Is his wife’s dick bigger? It’s clear they’re trying to protect him the same way they tried to protect him during Hillary’s emails (I.e. he was the entire reason they let Hillary off the hook, cause he had mailed her at her private server prior to saying he had no knowledge of it and all evidence would have shown that.) Was/is he involved in the creation of the dossier?

Officially Perkins Coie paid for the dossier. However, the Clinton Campaign and Obama for America were/are clients of Perkins Coie. The payment was laundered through Perkins Coie.

That is not really how democrats operate. They tend to keep their heroes and God's far enough out of the loop for plausible deniability. So in all likelihood he knew something was going on but let others handle the specifics.

Which is why the concept of the dossier was devised in order to keep Trump out of office and his crimes buried.
